Dj Freddy planning your wedding Tips on planning your wedding

The following is the way I entertain and host an event, following this program I have 2 to 2 ½ hours for "Dancing." I hope this gives you an idea as to how to start your wedding, remember these are only suggestions tips. You may have your wedding hosted as you wish, to your convenience.

1.) Half an hour before the guests arrive I play instrumental music

Example "upbeat Latin Jazz"

2.) Once the bride, groom, and couples arrive, I proceed to arrange all the bridal party in order provided by the bride and groom.

    1. The parents of the bride
    2. The parents of the groom
    3. Flower girl
    4. Ringbearer
    5. The court / couples
    6. Maide of honor / Best man
    7. The bride and groom

When the bride and groom enter, I play the song chosen by them as they make their entrance.

3.) Once every one has entered the ballroom, I prepare to play the dance songs.

    1. The bride and father
    2. The married couple
    3. The groom with his mother
    4. The dance for couples

The last two dances are not traditional only optional.

4.) Once the dances are finished, I play a background music for the toast. The toast is led by the godfather or bestman of the wedding or someone very close to the married couple.

5.) Then, we have the photos and videos taken if any.

6.) Once the photos are taken we proceed to dinner.

During dinner, I play a background music of romantic classic.

7.) When dinner is over, I announce the cake will be cut.

I play a romantic song and the bride cuts the cake or any song chosen by the couple.

8.) Once the cake is cut, we proceed to the pulling of the brides stocking band

I call on the married couple to the center of the ballroom and the groom removes her stocking band..

9.) I call the single women to the dance floor for the tossing of the bouquet with background music of "Girls just wanna have fun" by Cindy Lauper or any song chosen by the couple.

10.) After that I call the single men with background music of "Macho Man" by Village People.

11.) The gentleman that got the garter will have to place it on the lady who caught the bouquet.

Music " Pink Panther" or a specifc song chosen by the couple.

12.) Then I open the dance floor by asking everyone to join the couple on the dance floor and begin a conga line with the couple to celebrate their special day.

13.) And the party begins

I hope you have fun.....
